But the saints of the Most High will receive the kingdom and will possess it forever- yes, for ever and ever.
On March 10th, 1999, Reedville Church said goodbye to Chester Rogers. The word patriarch is defined as "a man who leads a family, clan, or tribe." I would have to say that at the time of his death, he was the patriarch of Reedville. Geneva is a dear saint, and is still an inspiration to all of us. It's hard to put into words a tribute that is fitting enough to do them justice. It's hard for me to imagine Reedville as it is today, without the impact of their prayers being felt. I still thank God to this day, that we were able to honor them in 1998 for over 50 years of service, while they were both still here. After more than 60 years of marriage, I know that Geneva is so looking forward to seeing him again. One glorious day, we'll all reunite in Heaven. Who knows, we may even have a Reedville Reunion when we get there.
