There have been some more steps taken since our last update.  The sheeting for the roofing has been completed over the sanctuary, and Sunday school rooms.  We have also been working on the sidewalks, which are pictured below.  Thank God again for everything.

The roof is going on the building.  Things are definitely starting to come together.  October has been a big month for construction, and we thank God for everything.

Our church is now enclosed, and the frame is up.  Thank you God for everything.  We are very excited, and several people from the church have stopped by to see the progress.  We have a picture of a very special visitor that came today.  She was a very excited lady.  Again, "God's Building A Church".

The walls are going up on our new church.  Below are some photos of today's progress.  The photos below of the enclosed portion will be our future Sunday School classes.  We again thank God for all he is doing for us.

The first shipment of lumber arrived today.  The framing of the building is scheduled for this week, weather permitting.  This lumber will soon be formed into our new building.  We thank the Lord for anointing this project, and the fund raising. We do not feel that we could have been this successful without God's help.  I find myself thinking of the quote that Paul Hagen used during camp meeting: "If the mind is capable of thinking it, and the heart is capable of believing it, then God is capable of performing it."

Updates:

The excitement is definitely building.  Since our last update, our foundation was poured, and a small amount of plumbing completed.  Today, the concrete pad was poured, and things are really starting to come together.  It's almost time to start framing the building.   Remember, just like Brady sings, "God's Building A Church".

Construction on our new church officially began today.  We truly believe that today is a great day for our congregation.  The excitement is definitely in the air.  We will be adding pictures periodically to show you our progress.  Thank you God for your blessings!
